Hahahaha.

No but the dead lock just committed suicide this morning and can be locked full stop.

Anyway there have been a few suss events in the neghbourhood the last few weeks and not leaving it like for the day.

If you haven't got it sorted already its easy enough to go buy a new lock from a hardware store and do a swap over. All the measurements are pretty standard with most locks allowing for both 50 and 60mm backsets.
