First time to the pin

Well i got a late start this morning but eventually got in the water.

I put in at Cabbage Tree Point and made my way to the pin for the first time.

It was a great area with lots of areas that looked very fishy.....

I fished a couple of spots that had some nice deep water with lots of eddy's and plenty of bait on the sounder.

Anyway you wont catch anything with your rods in the garage so i ended up with 4 small soapies that were pretty much all the same size. All undersize but good fun on a 1500 baitcaster and super light braid.

Sorry about the lame post but i am not very good at putting up articles on fishing.

it was amazing..... they were all within a centimeter of each other and hitting hard too.

Nice work on the jewies mate, seems to be a few getting around there at the moment.
