There is a guy on the Laidley Plainland road who has a stack of stuff like that set up in his yard. I am sure he has a phone number there too. Need to go in to town tomorrow so will copy it down.

looks like old TE20

petrol motor engine is wet sleeve vanguard motor fitted with updraught solex carby.

When motor clagged remove sleeves and turn 90 degrees and good for another 40 years.

have a look at this and you should be able to date it.

thanks for your help guys,ray it is a te-20 didnt know they were that old ,al have him coming on the week end to have a look,would be good to know what kind of price they go for but he seems a good bloke,luc53 if he gets back to me before friday he can have a look,but iam sure the guy coming on the weekend will snap it up bommie thanks for the link too..brad
