queensland Pumicestone Passage snapper

Hi guys im just after abit of help im trying to locate where to find legal fish in the channel using a boat. Im mainly after snapper but whitting or bream be good also.

Ive tryed many baits and mainly drift fishing all tides but can never pick up anything of size.

Can any one help me with a good location to try? any help would be much appreciated

Use fresh bait, not the frozen rubbish, be under the bridge before first light. Speak to the guys at the tackle shop on the way over, gateway tackle it's called

Cheers heaps for the help guys yea i have been using dam frozen squid and pillies. i did get 33cm snapper just under dammit and dozens of small squire but since rains couple weeks ago fishing has packed up heaps bit boring.

Where do you guys get fresh bait from? apart from catching it yourself
