queensland Some nice Yellows

Decided on a bit of a change this morning and headed out to Somerset,

Finished up catching 8 Yellows 3 catfish and 1 tilly,all on live shrimp

Here's a couple of photos of the biggest 2 which where returned to the water after the photos.

Thanks guys, actually they put up quiet a good fight especially the smaller one of the 2, gave the drag on the little reel a good work out.

Might have to spend a bit more time out their especially with the dreaded snot weed starting showing up in the passage.

Cracker yellas Martin!

I have caught some solid bass over 55cm, and even some okay cod, but (at least when I actually get a chance to go fishing) a decent yella has eluded me. I'm doubtful I've even cracked 45cm on yellas :blush:

They certainly look like nice footballs!

Great yellas martin I have caught them up to 54 and never that round but went hard
