Colina St is the really low bridge in Wynnum 1.9m, that one would make you duck even if you were driving a Caterham .

Pine rd has 2.8m clearance which isn't too bad all things considered, just enough for someone towing a boat to think they can make it :dry: or at least not be concerned until it's too late .

I work near the low bridge on Muriel Ave at Rocklea and at least twice a week I see trucks hit the clangers and still drive into the bridge. WTF is wrong with people?

Whilst the bloke should have been paying attention, I think that main roads could assit in helping to avoid incidents like these. Maybe some chimes before hand would alert drivers of the impending danger.

Ha ha, I saw this just after it happened. I live 100m up the road from that bridge in Wynnum and was on my way home when I came across that boat sitting under the bridge.

The guy that WAS towing the boat was looking very embarrassed.

When are people gonna start taking responsibility on the roads and stop saying spmeone else should have done something?
