My recent dam fishing trip last week, I managed to land a surprise whoppy 4KG.

The fights just as strong as toman.

Maybe due to its fork tail , it initial run is equally strong.

Sebarau (jungle perch) was known to have crushed angler's treble hooks due to it strong jaws.

Let me continue my catch report.......

It was a bright and sunny thursday, I managed to convince my little girl Catherine to follow us (My wife- Bkklady and myself) for 1 day of scenery fishing trip to teh nearyby dam .

The main target for this wild fishing trip is to target the sebarau or the common name as jungle perch.

Sebarau fishing is seasonal. The best period is from late dec to july.

As from jun to july period, these fishes are waiting to swim upstream to lay their eggs thus the chances of concentration of big fishes in 1 spot are higher.

Here the full actions packed video clip of this wild sebarau fishing trip.

Hope you guys enjoys my youtube clip.
