I will have to blame today's poor fishing at caboolture on Wayne.

I was disgusted to turn around to this sight! :ohmy:

Only managed a couple of small tailor and a 48cm flatty. At least dinner is sorted.

As always had lots of fun and plenty of laughs even on a miserable day (and with a banana on board).

I didn't notice any gayly coloured footware either, so maybe it wasn't just the banana's fault... :silly:

Haha the power of bananas must overpower that of the lucky slippers.

I stepped in Wayne's dogs poo when I got back to his house, so now the slippers are in the bin

They served me well.

After the weather tamed our plans to hit the bay I didn't think a banana was going to make a difference. :S

For some reason we couldn't get a hit on our 80llb set ups throwing 1/8 oz finesse soft plastics. At one point I had to stop the boat and recompose myself after giving Sam little fright.

You've got to laugh when the fishing is less the hot.

Better than being at home.
