I didn't take the boat out today. Instead I had a pretty lazy day and went to one of my old bass spots that I haven't been to in ages.

I was trying out my new Nordic Stage Areal Pro with Shimano Rarenium and first cast hooked onto this little beauty off the top. It's been a while since my last creek session and I remembered why I used to love it so much.

I got another couple of hookups with one more landed fish before my afternoon was cut short by a nasty storm.
