By hot I mean HOT!!!! Headed out on Sunday bloody hot Sunday. Had a few other mates with their tinnies and we went hunting flatties. Headed off right on low tide and fished the incoming tide. Was pretty tough conditions with a strong nor'wester and did I mention it was bloody hot?

 

A few fish landed (I got a bag of flatties). My biggest went 55cms but a couple of blokes got some in the 60's (63 cms was the best if I recall)

 

Anyway, with the prawns moving in up my way they are firing ok at the moment

theres something so rewarding about getting a bag of flatties...... I would think

I'm up at Caloundra mate. The prawns that are moving in  are not big bananas etc like in the pine, more bait size schoolies, flatties love em
