Maxwell Winch/windlass Problems

Hi all

I have a Maxwell winch setup on my boat but it has been giving me a lot of problems lately. Does anyone know of a good marine electrician or someone that could assist me please? I live on the North side of Brisbane but will be willing to travel if necessary. Thanks in advance.
