queensland Friday night Shark hunt

My fishing buddy is heading overseas this week for summer, and we hope to catch our first sharks, and maybe a couple of rays before he leaves.

Heading out friday night, about 9 and staying as long as it takes.

Not sure where yet, probably st lucia area but if anybody would like to join a small group of young lads i am very open to suggestions.

i was up at brecky creek about a month ago fished all nite for bullies,and only got catfish.which i then used as livelys ,still no luck.gonna go again soon,but would like someone to come with me,only been over here from the nz for a couple of years still getting to know the place and people,anyone keen??????

Mate go to Brekky Creek any night of the classic and I'm sure you'll find a swag of people trying their luck there. Maybe post something in the BRC thread and ask what nights people are going there so you could meet up!

Did u guys mean 9am or pm? Try the UQ rowing club boat ramp. Sharks have been caught there. Bring tons of sandfly repellant though. They eat humans alive!

I'll be at Shorny this Sunday for sharks though, join me if your friends havent' left already.
