Winters gone.

Well, looks like winters gone and we're going straight into summer mode.

It's 18 ---28 here today. Well we can start whinging about the heat now.

Yeah, I noticed that, we got 26C today in Hervey Bay but for the next 7 days it's back to low 20's.

Yeah Ed I reckon this would be the longest winter I can remember.

We normally get a cold snap then couple warm days then cold

snap again. This year its been nippy since 1st June. Or it just

could be old age. Feeling both hot and cold more now.

For myself, I think it is the old age bit.

Had some friends move their family from Sydney to Townsville for work a few years ago, they were just about to send all their winter coats and jackets to salvos cause they haven’t been needed since their move and have only just opened those boxes from storage for this years winter

I think I lied, it was 10 here last 2 days.

Weather man says its getting warmer next

week so winter might be over.

Personally, I think that might be a tad optimistic, I would be hedging towards late September/early Oct., although you are further north than me, so who knows!

Yeah Ed, Sep/Oct is mostly pretty warm here.

Oct is usually mid 30's and up.

I reckon 2 weeks around here will probably

see out the japanese weather.

Then we can start posting about how hot it is.

Oh Phew!! never stops.
