My mum lives near the glasshouse mountains.the dam there for years only had spangle perch and massive eels in it.then in 1999 myself and my brother in law put some bass in there.....now its been 7 years and I have only landed 7 bass since then!.well my brother in law still hasnt got one!..hes dirty too..we only have one pic of a bass caught there unfortunatly....there mainly live on frogs and xmas bettles i reckon....to me the dam is the hardest freshwater place to fish due to the snags and lillys and the painfull terrian along the bank....but they are in there!And their all mine...im sure \"nabs\" will know the feeling......so this summer im really keen to give em go again, with the taste they gave me last weekend with several surface strikes..im all geared up for it... thats an awsome dam. Wow that top photo is an awsome shot. Also that bass has got a bit of size to him.

They love those lillies. I lost $50 worth of tackle in 'em! Just put the Yak in and anchor up in the middle so your options are more open .

nice jimmy, what bait/lures do u use for them..........theres a spot in my local creek that looks exactly like it that i just got back from, there was insane surface action like every minute.....im not sure what they were but im pretty sure they were big
