Well im still on a bit of a downer over my BAD time during my latest fishing trip

Set out very late last tuesday and arrived at B&B ( the PUB ) by 11pm so a couple of pints of irish cider later and a big steak pie i set off down the river to start my 3 days fishing only to find islands appearing randomly along the entire length due to such low water levels.

The following three days were hard work and the biggest fish of the trip was a chubb of 4lb 13oz. No barbel or carp showed at all along 6 miles of the river but the Magners irish cider kept on flowing so all wasnt lost !

Sorry theres no biggies to talk about but theres always next time !
