side imaging sounders

Ordered 1 yesterdat from the stated. half the price of 1 from Australia.

Only prob is all units are in imperial and cannot be changed. I dont really care as i have another sounder and GPS in the boat anyway.

Spare transducer also ordered for the Yak when i buy 1.

Sharks are fine as long it shows me the midget on the other yak coming to steal my fish. lol

I havnt had the opportunity to fine tune its use yet. If you search for info on it there are some pretty awesome pics available of what you can see with them.

The sounder is great.

See the bottom clearly at full noise.

The side imaging is good in shallower water. ie river creeks. Its amazing what you can see.

Outside in deep water found itnot as effective.

Yes i would buy 1 again. Its way better than the lowrance that i already had.
