had an issue with my radio on the yesterday seems to pick up other boats and i hear them clearly but they cant hear me,any thoughts as ton why this is happening,thanks brad

usual cause is water intrusion in microphone..has it been in the rain or spray..also check that the mike is plugged into the unit properly...rick

thanks mate i can hear a noise coming out of it will swap mics and see how it fans out .brad

i did forget to say that when i press down to talk the other boat just heard statick or white noise when i press to talk when i let go it stopped if that makes sense

swaped mic can reach jacobswell  on 82 ok nothing on 21?
