Hey everyone. Not much of a forum user but Angus has been hounding me to post some report

Julz and I had a good X-mas with some salt and freshwater fun.

These fish were taken on 6lb braid (straight through as the action was so hot we didnt bother with leader), and our 2500 size reels. Usually this is our brem and bass gear so a few fish were lost but it was all fun.

yeah mate. saw backing a few times. we were not anchored up so were able to chase a bit. Each time the fish saw the net though would prolong the fight another 5 minutes with another long hard run!
