take your rain coat for the showers that are rolling through, no reason you shouldn't get something, ful moon big tides, low would be around 5 or 6 from memory, dunno how delayed it is up there, but you will be fishing incoming.

Chuck some wire trace and some mullet fillet or a whole mullet on. Thats bull shark country mate

I should probably pace myself Me thinks shark is abit up on the scale last fish I caught was a little 15 cm bream about at least ten years ago on the burdekin

well for a bit of fun and games there should be no shortage of catfish up that way!

But the little bullies can be handled on pretty dam lite gear mate so dont give up on the idea.

Ps im pretty bad but not that bad bought a rod for myself this christamas which was the first time fishing since then but yeah if a shark wants to bite alittle one at least I wont say know

um unfortunately nothing for myself think i had an eel which let go ended up going to colleges crossing missus was complining about no light long walk so on and so forth. we got lots of bites used mullet gut. There was alot of activity with swirls and jumping till about 2300 then it was gone.
