Competitions at Wivenhoe Dam

Just wondering, are there any competitions held at Wivenhoe Dam for fishing each year and who normally runs them?

there is a few and abt holds about 3 there this year one is in a couple weeks time

yeah mate there are a few a each year most of them are abt bass electric comps

There was also a kayak/canoe comp there last year organised by Sweetwater Fishing, not sure if it's going to be an annual thing but there were a decent number of entrants.

yeh mate, you can launch from logans camp, or if your a member of the sailing club at billies, can only use electrics on wivenhoe only!
