Would it be worth a trip today even for some Gar or would it be shut down?

Gar might be hard to find after the wet but the bass, yellas and silver perch should be in the shallows for the next few days if their not going over the wall.

Don't bother Mal - go to the pub.

The best chance for a fish todays is have a go at your sons gold fish with a herring jig.

But once you hook it you can't return it to the water.

There was a 2 foot chop breaking over the wall while were rescuing fish this morning. The rangers were having to chase off the low lifes grabbing the trapped fish and putting them in their eskies. They have just re-opened young's crossing, that might be worth a fish, its well protected and certainly now got a good population of new fish from the dam in there!
