im heddin to the two best barra dams in queensland to takle the barra. ive got a idea on what takle i need but would like your help in what rods and reels im gunna need to tackle these barra. moneys not and issue as ive been saving for this for a long time so lett me know what u would purchase for this trip... thanx ....macca

Mate good luck! There are a couple of very detailed report from a fair way back on the "The Lakes" section of the forum. There are some AFO crew that try and get up there every year. I would give these a good read as they are liberal with their information
