anyway so me and my dad have been wanting to upgrade our tinny for a while now and on tuesday that happend. we got the the boat shot at around 8 in the morning and then spent a gruling 8 hours deciding what to get and doing all the paperwork.

this is what we decided on

it will be all fitted out with a sounder and foot controled bow mount electric. 30hp merk on the back aswell

later on down the track i will be fitting a side consol.

mate the boat itself cost us $16k but with all the stuff we've dont to it it ended up at $19k and later on there will be another 2 for a side consol but that will be down the track a little bit

mate we got it from water skiers warehouse in Toowoomba. and the rough quote was around $2000 for a basic side console. that was fitted and everyting.

Good boat you got there mate. I used to own a 435 HT with 40 horses on the back and it did a great job fishing rivers and the bay. Just watch your welds if you fish in some of the rougher weather as i've heard the welds on the quintrex's have a tendency to crack sometimes.

Just had my new carpet blooded by a Mack dont worry a good strong hose a deck scrubber and some elbow grase it comes back to almost new.
