queensland Some nice fish from a recent charter.

Just got the picks of a charter i went on three weeks ago as i didnt take any photos. Never mind the ugly mug in all the shots. it was with Odyssey charters at Malloolaba.

weather was bad but had a great day none the less.

Mate couldnt tell you, the fish were off the bite so often we moved heaps of times. couldnt see land from where we were if that helps. We left out the bar and just kept going.

Good mix of fish mate. What type of cod is that in the fourth pic? Not many of those big snapper being reported lately, was it yours?

Great snapper there.

Would have been on the eastern side of the banks or cal wide I reckon because you don't really see many blackspot pigfish until you get into 80-100m of water.

Unfortunately no it wasn't mine it was the picture fish of the day. a mate of mine got it. AHHHH at least i can own up to it not being mine.

Thanks for the report, Grant. Got a charter booked with Adam next Friday so I hope you left a couple out there for us. :laugh: :laugh: Went out with him earlier in the year and had a great day out, but no trophy fish like that snapper!
