Weekend away for the AFO Wanderers

So who is going this weekend and what gear are you bringing

I can bring gas light and 2 burner stove a table small tarp with poles ropes and sand pegs plus a bit of firewood

I can also bring a small spare tent just let me know if you need it

I'm there Fri arvo till sun. Bringing eskys and swag. Might bring a stump or 2 for the fire. Can I shotgun that tent mate in case it rains? Do I need to bring a pan or anything to cook on?

kev and i are also in for this weekend, takin tents and the tarp as per usual mark, can i borrow your bbq for cookin shit in, also thinkin 1 esky for all the beers if ya want, just saves on eskies everywhere? but i'm easy. if weather permits might be able to accomodate 4 persons on my boat, which means another 2 pob's on board. if any 1 wants to get down to mermaid! leavin here roughly 1 pm after work.

Today I booked a camp site at Broadwater tourist park to park the car and trailer they have there own boat ramp in Loader Creak just won't have to worry about someone flogging the ute.

There is room for three cars and trailers if anyone is interested

cost $95 so $30 each

Wife wants me to take her fishing/prawning/crabbing one day this weekend, seeing its "boys weekend" this weekend, so i won't be staying on the island. will come over on saturday morning for the day. any chance of deckie spots? doesn't have to be offshore, happy to fish creeks and broadwater or walk around the island as well.

i could easily be convinced to bring some more booze for the handsome gent that picks me up and takes me over to the island/offers up a deckie spot. i'll try and time my arrival with another member that also needs a lift over as well to make it easier for you guys already over there
