fishing the full moon?

hey guys, im heading down to the pin next weekend on a houseboat and just noticed that there is a full moon on saturday night, i've heard stories from different people saying that fishing on the full moon is crap. Just wondering if this is true? The tides are big so that might be a reason but i thought fishing this period was good? Cheers

if the tides runnin real hard anchor an appropriate distance from a good snag and drift your bait back into it it wont take long to find a fish

i have never fished the pin, but in the northern bay on the full moon, i find using little hard bodys on the sand/mudflats on the high tide is good for bream and stuff.
