New my Freshwater Boat

I have been on the look out for a new boat to use with an electric motor on North Pine Dam. Finally found the right set up including a trailer.

3.95m , old brooker boat on a home made trailer and eBay special!

Combined with my 54lb Jarvis walker electric motor and 2 x 105 amp hour batteries ....its a RED ROCKET

Maiden Trip was last Saturday, just a quick trip to ensure she floats and to drop a few pots with the family in tow. Result, a great little tinny.

The wind got up and wife decided to check the current weather...just incase!

Thats a top little bass boat mate, the shape would make it slice through the water pretty easy too.

I've gotta pull my finger out and head out there again.
