iFish - snapper on spanners

i'm not sure what the feel is about iFish on AFO - i personally like it. i was youtubing at work and found this.....amazing.....

old series that, he has also had double hookup of snapper one on the rig hook and the other on a hook attached to the sinker, no bait on the sinker hook. apparenly he had noticed teeth marks on the sinker from snapper hitting it and this prompted him to add the hook.

When some fish are on fire, they will hit literally anything that moves in the water. Hasn't Jimmybob used keys before? I have heard stories of the shiny cigarette wrappers for pelagic fish.

It's when they're not crunching anything, and even when they're slow on the bite is when the proper lures come into their own.

When i first went and fished Montague in the early to mid 80's the locals were jigging kings on spanners and others trolled them for kings,albacore and yellowfin.

It's a very old method rehashed many years later.

Others used teaspoons and desert spoons as well.

I used to make trout lures out of 20 and 50 cent pieces as well as old pennies and these were some of the best lures of that time.

Cool vid, yeah I have heard stories of bear cans flattened out and used as poppers for Tuna down south as well.

When fish are feeding crazy they will hit all sorts of weird things
