hey guys i went out and bought 2 berkley firesticks 9cm in firetiger and the other in a white and yellowish colour,i also bought a berkley rattlr in the firetiger color theyare about 4.5cm

what are the chances of me actually catchimg something on these lures i was hopimg to catch some bream or flathead by trolling them.

there geat lures and one of the best for flathead tailor etc just change your rings and hooks

Ive used the firesticks to catch jews.

Hooks straighten after a few fish so just change after that.

If you do a search for berkley frenzy on afo you'll find a lot of people have good things to say about them

I use them quite often for trolling the flats for flathead i dont bother changing the hooks and have caught some decent sized flatties on them.Probably would change them if i was fishing around snags and needed to put bit more pressure on the fish though.

These fish and many more species were all caught on Berkley Frenzy flicker lures in the noosa river, They work well but are not very strong, notice the back treble missing from the Jack shot. As long as you are using them with light gear you should not have any problems, fish them heavy and you will loose some good fish. There's no point upgrading the trebles because if youre fishing heavy enough to bend trebles you'll start breaking lures .

great value for money. I've never had issue with their action straight out of the box. Some other cheaper lures need tuning because they don't troll straight.

Awesome cheap lures. I use them a fair bit for bass and they work really well.

no, they only produce the 9cm sizes so you can hang them on the Xmas tree,that way you don`t waste money buying tinsel and baubles.

i have caught heaps of flatties on thease lures,a few bream and one snapper,i just put the boat in gear this seems to be enough speed for me.

I've caught loads of flatties on the 10cm frenzy lures from big w also lost a lot of lures to trevs, maybe due to poor hook quality...? Not bad for $4.97 either way
