queensland Mud Island

Weather permitting I heading to Mud Island next weekend. So far I have only fished 3 spots there but next trip I think I will do a lap and see what I find.

I give up - they are predicting 25/30 knot winds for Friday and Sat. It looks like I might be spending the weekend in the river.

we stopped there last weekend on the way to moreton and we only got little stuff

Hey Reefy - what time of day and where abouts did you stop. What sort bait/lure did you try?

Also how did you go at Moreton?

hey mate

we were there sort of early morning and we used strips of squid and pilchard.

we di pretty good over at moreton... nothing to brag about but caught approx. 30-40 squire around the 30-37cm range also got a few nice 33 and 34 cm bream... so for a days outing we came home with 3 nice bream and a 37cm squire and a nice tailor
