Depth of sovereign waters?

Doing an assignment on sovereign waters and I was just wondering if anyone has any idea on the depth of the water?

Are you referring to the Sovereign Waters at Wellington Point because if so it's about 2.5m at the deepest and is salt and there are fish in there also.
