Reel servicing

Im to lazy to service my own overheads and baitcadters.

Who do you suggest. What do you usually pay.

TLD 20 and 25's

Daiwa HRF baitcaster.

I have done all my own spinning ger this afternoon.

Tackle Wharehouse and about 45 bucks for a baitcadter, I mean baitcaster

I wouldn't be too comfortable working on a baitcaster as they are too small and fiddly and have to be spot on otherwise they won't cas't right. TLD's on the other hand are ridiculously easy. Way easier than any spinner.

Rod and Reel repair speciality Costs are as follows: Reel service $20. Replacement of runners $5 plus cost of individual runner includes tips (Normally total Cost of $10). Reel drag upgrade with Jack Erskine carbon tex washers. Turn around times for reels is 24 hrs (depending on parts availability) and rods is normally 1 day depending on parts availability. No I saw the post a few months ago and was thinking of getting a few reels serviced but i just keep buying new ones.

I live out that way and have seen a 4x4 driving around with frazorodz on the back, so probably still in business

Servicing the TLD was a piece of cake.

3 more to go.

Its just the HRF that needs attention now.

I will go buy new drag washers for the TLD's tomorrow.
