I know a lot of blokes are doing the Movember thing for men's health, and good on yers for doing so.

However I had a stark reminder yesterday, did a Mates Funeral, Melanoma got him.

Certainly a stark reminder to get your skin checked, sitting there thinking about my good mate at the service, it was with alarm I realised its probably 5 years since I had my skin checked, time flies!

I'm going to get the once over this christmas holidays, the rest of you should give it some serious consideration, and you dont even have to role over and think of England for this one :kiss:

I get checked every six months.

Put a repeating reminder in you phone or email calendar so you don't forget!!

I get checked every 6 months too, my cancer clinic sends me a reminder with an appointment date and you ring them and change it if necessary and then they ring you the day before your appointment.

Doesn't matter how much sun screen you put on...It's a must for all fishermen.
