New to Brisbane

just arrived from Adelaide...been to the river twice last w/e & caught a good size bream & a nice snapper - yum.

Don't really know too much about fishing in qld...used to beach / surf fishing in SA.

Yep welcome aboard, fishing itself wont be a lot different, what you catch will change a bit though, as will some of the names for the fish.

Welcome to Qld. Winter is over so the sharks won't be far away. The fresh dams will fire up shortly and the crabs and prawns will be running again soon. Guezz I wonder why you came here?
