queensland Holiday suggestions North

Hi all

I,m looking a heading north for a weeks holiday in April or June Im from Brisbane so a few hours travel time will be good, the misses 2 kids and myself, Got a 4x4 and Glass boat and looking for a house or cabin for the week/s somewhere for the kids and misses and "fishing" Burrum Heads looks ok.

Can anyone suggest some places I've looked up some places, but they all look good until u get there and not real flash. Hoping for some suggests please

Hey Steve - Are the missus and kids into fishing? Otherwise you will need somewhere that has something for them.

Everybody i know of has raved about 1770 but I have not been there myself.
