queensland Anyone having luck in the passage????

Hey all Ive got back into using my boat lately and giving my yak a rest.

Been for 2 trips in the passage once tuesday and again today tide was run in to full high then fish 2 hrs on the run out.

I only managed one flatty and a pike on tuesday while flicking plastics but today I couldnt even get a hit!!!

Has anyone else been having any luck or have I just passed the mojo onto my yak because Ive been having awesome luck in that.

Hey Pete, what part of the passage? I am up at caloundra and have had pretty good results over over the last month. Plenty of flathead and bream around and some thumper whiting which is a nice surprise.

Yea should of been abit more descriptive I forget theres more to the passage than the southern end of bribie.

Ive been fishing between white patch and the entrance to the southern bay in my boat for nought but done great around donnybrook in my yak bit weird Im getting nothing from my boat with the area Ive covered

like philpy i have been mostly fishing the banks up the caloundra end. pics are from the last two times i have been out. the middle of the passage mainly around the islands at coochin ck have been very quiet for me lately.

Good stuff Ive been doing great around Donnybrook from my yak but when I take my boat out in the lower end of the passage the fishings crap

I only like the front passage, not the rear.

I have luck once a week, twice if the moon phase is correct! Lol
