What is the dumbest fish ?

Simple question what do you think is the dumbest most stupid easiest to catch fish.

After a lot of thought my choice is Barramundi.

Whats yours ?

Catfish, in rivers and dams.

Flathead in salt.

Toadfish. Just ask any 3 year old. Generally always their first catch when they start fishing at the beach. (closely followed by trumpeter whiting)

Statistically, the numbers back Steve on his choice, after all Barra are by far the most tagged fish

But I'll stick with my original choice

I rekon pike. Got 13 in a row one day on surface lures, could have kept on catching them they were pretty dumb

+1 for pike. My record stands at 23 pike caught on a surface lure from 26 casts :evil:.

I also caught a small flathead again after I hopped my plastic in front of its face after releasing it. Dumb

Sadly for me it would be catfish, although thankfully I normally manage to change my technique/rig to avoid them. So Steve it sounds like I need to take you fishing for catfish and you need to take me out and help me catch my FIRST BARRA!!!!!!
