Woodgate Beach Low Tide?

Hey all

ill be visiting Woodgate beach for the first time in the coming weeks in hope of tagging some toothy critters. Has anyone fished Woodgate beach before? im wondering how much sand is exposed on the low tide? thanks

I haven't been there for years but ii remember it being very similar to the main beaches at Hervey Bay.  Theodolite ck just to the north would definitely be worth a look.

Umm... Short answer is quite a lot of sand gets exposed at low tide. Used to be awesome for a game of cricket when we camped there as kids.

I go to Woodgate 3 times a year , if your looking at Sharks and have a 4x4 I would be driving down the beach to the mouth of the Burrum
