What happened to Brians Thready.

Brian gave me his thready so I got up this morning and filleted it.

Split it up with graham pflaum and a couple of mates. I had some of ours for dinner tonight done in egg and breadcrumbs.

Absolutely beautiful thanks Brian.

Has ti be a bit careful filleting as they have large nodules along the spine and it is a bit fiddley.

Threadfin salmon are the ultimate fish down here in the easturies, Grow huge, Look awsome, Fight great, A challange to catch, can be caught on lures, and taste GREAT!
