@Kat thought I was not serious when I told her about the significance of today. She laughed hysterically in my face. I said "It's true, that's why I have called in at your work on the way home to see you".

She immediately proceeded to the required groceries. When she got to salad leaves she paused, "They won't get used if I don't make your sandwiches will they?".

"Are you making my sandwiches?", I replied.

"Yes", she said. "But how is that being nice to me?"

"It gives me more opportunity to marvel over, appreciate and compliment the plethora of extracurricular skills with which you abound", I replied.

I got kicked out with a grocery list. How rude...

HaHa, I'll have to send that to my younger brother ... he is a Barrister in Melbourne .... his wife makes more money than him .... she owns a Greek Deli

Haha, didn't think it was Bretto77, my lil brother really is a practicing barrister, and his wife really does own a Greek Deli (in the QV Markets in Melbourne, and she really does make a S***Load more money than he does .... and by the way .... he does talk like that ...... BUT ......... he is useless at building Fishing Rods

Definitely was not questioning the scenario you put forward. More just trying to make sure that the qualified one knows that she is much loved and appreciated...(albeit almost impossible to argue with)...
