I canned / podtponed my March barra mission to monduran (for now) after all this rain.  Instead focusing on kayaking sandy strait again.

Fingers crossed I am working on one of my goals tomorrow.  Wind is supposedly easing so launching at Cleveland and have a look at Peel area for first time.  The artificial and reefs around the western side and lazaret.  But if its not too windy/choppy will look at Harry’s

However I am 2 down on my goals….got my first jew on a vibe last month and reckon I am about 50% there on using Livescope.   Bought a new zero degree mount so should be a lot more accurate with casting at what we see now.

Not a goal but rather a hope, that being less sharks at my local.

One definite goal, get a 70-80 barra to take home. They are all way over that at the moment, which go back. Sunday's effort between feeding sharks:

Actually on a butterflied herring, meant to be less attractive to live mullet eating sharks!

Looks like it worked.

If it's any consolation, the sharks around Brisbane are in plague proportions too.
