Ewen or Baroon

Well this ones for the freshwater nuts.

Just tryin to find out which dam has the better landbased lure fishing Ewen maddock or Baroon pocket?

Ewen Maddock by far. It is a lot more accessible on foot, pretty much all the wall and both sides are accessible. Particulary the northern side. (Horse riding trails you can wander all as well)

I have caught plenty of fish from the bank at baroon, but more often when i have paddled to a remote point or whatever. It can be tough with all the weed.

At Ewen there are quite a lot a places to cast from the bank.

yeh ewen would be easier to fish land based, but baroon would be more likely to produce some fish for yah
