PB Bream

Well prof and I got out fishing on the 7th of March to try and get some bream now that the river has been re-opened..

Well I got some bream, 10 to be exact, with 4 being over 30cm. Using gulp worms in new penny, my first fish was a pb for me at 35cm...

While i had a great time pulling in the bream, prof wasnt so lucky, and got about 5 bream, all under 30cm...

Yeh it did go hard, went for a couple of runs...

Mind you, i lost about 4 leaders and about 15 jig heads on snags...

Dee said she caught 10 fish - so I'd be guessing they're different fish on a different rig:blink:

I used 4 pound braid and 10 pound fluro leader on all the fish. The braid was just around the front of the fish when the pic was taken.

Cool, I drove past there the other day and it looked like a great place. I was supposed to fish a competition there but they had cancelled due to the state of the place.
