queensland another quick fish

hi all had a quick fish this arvo at my fav place on the kedron flood way , I was throwing prawns and getting nailed by monster toad fish (I think the fishing gods have cursed me ) and cattys ( bane of my exsistance) there where also 4 mongrel bream a sand crab and with the last prawn and cast of the day I asked the gods of fishing to lift the curse and I was rewarded with a 30 cm + thread fin hopefuly my drought is over [img size=480]http://www.australianfishing.com.au/media/kunena/attachments/legacy/images/Picture_094.jpg

congrats on breaking the drought I was actually looking at the floodway on google maps before I read your post. Can you walk along the bank and cast into it like you can at Schulz?

Fins look different, and no filaments under the gills. Geez I hope all the salmon families are coming to visit brissie!!!!!!!

definately a thready shaggy the whiskers didn t show up well in the pic ,and yes tackle box it is possible to fish from the bank in certian sections where the mangroves arn t screening the water
