going to hit colleges tomorrow morning with a box of lures to see if anything wants to play

high tide at 4:30 am i'll be there about 5:00 chucking a popper around as it gets light

i'll be the fella with the beard in a black bush and beach beanie

if anyone else is out that way come and say g'day

i'm not as scarey as i look:laugh:

Hey guys,

Just letting you know, if this year is like last year, then the trend is that the bream are leaving the upper brissy river (the bigger ones anyways) and heading out to breed at the mouth of the river. Last year we caught heaps all spring summer then absolutely no bream on lures throughout winter....really sucks. The flatties are still around though, managed a 59.5cm flathead at colleges on 6lb and a SX40 last week and my mate got one at johnos rocks at 51cm yesterday. But yea, don't expect to many big bream for a long time round colleges/mt crosby lol
