sold looking for another boat to fix

hi

im in the process of searching for another boat prodject to keep me busey ova the next few weeks,

i do prefer half cabbin glass boats but will buy open glass boats aswell! no tinnies please!!!

so my question is ? does anyone have an old boat sitting around that needs motor repair and or restoration or maybe just a good clean up?

if you do lett me know and i will come and take it off your hands!

i also buy outboards (20hp-225hp) that are running or require repair!

Iv got one for you!!

1973 50hp Evinrude. Low compression on bottom cylinder, opened her up to find the piston was buggered. I was planning on fixing it up to run my 14ft Fibreglass, but don't really have the time or skills.

I just want to go fishing in a boat! so you or anybody who wants to trade me, the buggered 50 (and a few $$$ if need be) for something running that will push the boat PM me. I will also consider trading the whole package. Boat and trailer have had work since that photo.

hey woody sorry for the late reply!

i dont have anything i could trade it with at the moment but if you want to get rid of it how much do you want for the whole lot? or just the outboard ?

or if you need an engine i can prob find you 1! just let me know your preferd hp and model and price range and i can find it and fitt it if you like?

I was looking through ebay and spotted this, I'm not sure what your budget is for do-er-uppers, or even if the profit margin would be good enough for this, but as soon as I seen it I thought of you.

im off to have a look at it today!

should be a good profit in it if it all checks out!

might have to streach the budget a little if it is good because i just braught Rayke's boat off him and im picking it up tonite!

And its just around the corner. If the motor is in good nic you should expect about 12k for that boat.

Just add canopy and clears.

im alittle worried about the motor!

if i get it i will prob put my 150 on it for resale!

im putting rayke's motor on the rumrunner for a little while!

hopfully it should be done for the weekend trip to morton!

Hey rumrunner.

Sounds like you have sorted yourself but if you are looking for more projects I have a mid 80's Nautiglass 149. 1997 Merc 75HP runs well, never let us down in 5 years i've owned it. Boat has full electrics including sounder, tacho, trim guages (all less than 12 months old). Trailer requires some work. Boat needs a general tidy up. We have been using it up until now but have just bought a newer boat off a mate.

Can get some photo's if your still in the market.

hi all!

the hydrofeild i just braught off rayke1938 is now up for resale!

im in the process of doing a transom repair on it and it will be ready to go in a few days!

it is a trihull glass cntr console 5mtr runnabout! (tuff boat!)

it is at the moment hull and trailer only and would suit a 50-90hp std or extra long!

im open to genuine offers but ray knows more about hydro's then me and he said it is worth $3000 any day of the week!

if you are keen to see some pics i can start a for sale thread?

if you allready know the boat then make an offer!
