queensland Slow Weekend On The Fish Front

Slipped down to the sons place on saturday, walked the creek banks until my knees wouldnt take it anymore, for 2 bass.

Sunday got half a dozen bass and a yella casting to the edges at NPD before heading in for a bbq breakfast and helping out with the fingerling release. Luke and I released a tub full of bass and a few dozen cod into the dam. We then went for a very windy trip down the dam for not to many fish.Most of the schools I found the other day had moved on and those that were still there had lockjaw.

When I first read this I thought it was another trip to the doctors... Glad I read it wrong.

Some nice fish there even if not cricket scores... or perhaps you did get an aussie cricket score...

Sometimes they get tired of lures very quickly, other times you can go back to the same area over and over.
