Hi all,

Just got back from a camping trip at Amity Point... and I thought I'd get into the game... i used to fish with the old man, but didnt head out enough to really learn anything...

My old rod atm prob wouldnt even pull in the bait so a kmart job will do for the time being... and prob start somewhere local to bris....also getting my camping mates into it as well, esp one mate who hates seafood, loves fishing:huh:

I know there were some good spots up strathpine way some years ago... hmmm, how bout south?

Mate welcome to the site.

You will find plenty of people on here more than happy to offer advice to get back into the game.

Let us know what sort if fishing you want to do, if you want to get into lures etc and people will line up to help.

Also have a good look through the reports from old. As they are location by location, you should get a great overview of whats around and when.
