sp's n hb's at the pine

just wondering has anyone been to the pine lately with sp's or hb's because i am going tomorow and want to know where i should try

my old man was up at the pine last week and got 2 flatties up at the mouth on sp's. i was up there 2 weeks ago at deep water bend and got a 82cm flattie on a pillie and a shoval nosed shark so theres a few around

went there today and i got 3 bream...mate got 3 bream and mates dad got 3 bream and a cod.

Nice work... where abouts in the pine did u get them? i was up there this arvo and got a bream 2 whiting and a catfish. the catfish smashed my sp thought it was a flattie, so dissapointed when i realised it was a cattie

got the bream along the banks and creeks and the cod at the bridge pile ons...um forgot bridge...the one on the main highway there

cool, i hired a boat and fished the mouth of the south pine river which is just upstream from the pine river bridge big hole right at the mouth, ive caught mangrove jack, cod, sole, just about anything really, if u have a boat or hire one as i do, drop some pots in. its my fav place in SE Qld for muddies.
