along moreton, he rekoned along the beach on eastern side as far as the eye could see was a black gunky slush, with the full moon on wednesday being high tides, it's reached all the vegitation.

I wonder how this will affect fishing on the bay side. Ie tuna, mackeral, tailor, sharks, cod, kingies etc etc (everything!)

Or will the bay side offer a 'safe haven' for a while with cleaner waters meaning better fishing? Interesting.

Then again, depending on winds and tides etc it might only be a matter of time before it hits there.

time will tell mate, haven't seen any pic's, and don't want to, probably get me fired up a bit. but i do know qlders will get butt plugged again, absolutely no doubt. this is not only a devistating event for qld, think about it. it's probably gone world wide, and thats a pretty big area.
